Operation

• Power Connection: Connect the positive pole to the red wire and the negative pole to the black wire.

• Initial Check: After starting the machine, check for abnormal friction sounds, uneven running sounds, air leakage, or loose fasteners.

• Pressure Test: In the plug test state, the pressure gauge pointer should move from 0 to 300 bars in about 20 seconds.

• Before Use: Make sure the machine switch is off and release the bleed valve before connecting to the battery.

• Quick Connector: Connect the quick connector and check the fit between the quick connector and the male connector for air leakage.

• Cooling Fans: Confirm that both cooling fans are operating normally before pressurizing.
